Danata Solutions Services (“Danata Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a locally owned IT services and software development business based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. This policy explains what personal information we collect through danatasolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website only. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we make with each client.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through the website. Please do not send them in the contact form.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about (web design, photography, sound system hire, lawn maintenance)
- keep the website secure, block spam and fix technical problems
- meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
A few trusted providers handle data for us. Each has its own privacy policy.

These providers may store data on servers outside Vanuatu, including in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred there.
Our site links to client websites such as Nature Tours Vanuatu and Davids Construction. Their privacy practices are their own.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site sets only:
- Login cookies: only for our own staff signing in to manage the site.
- Google Maps cookies: set by Google when the map on the Contacts page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though the map may not load.
How long we keep it and how we protect it

The site uses HTTPS encryption, daily backups and malware scanning, and only our staff can sign in to manage it. No website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we act quickly if a problem occurs.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
Email info@danatasolutions.com with your request. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
